After that we went to a couple of shows and it was at one of these that we met Sharon Terry of Sonnywood Ragdolls.  Little did we know just how much she was going to change our lives.  After meeting  Sharon a few times she asked us if we were interested in buying a kitten.  At this point we were just going to Australia for 8 weeks so had very little spare cash least of all to buy a kitten.  But I have to say after a few weeks we thought 'well lets just go and look'.  We were introduced to our first girl Lylia, a blue colourpoint.  It was love at first sight by both parties so after a few weeks she moved into our house.  'Just the one we said' like many before us.

We became besotted with this breed and we started to show our dear girl.  This dear girl is now 13 years old and has been TBRCC Ragdoll of the year 3 times and runner up twice. Her name is Grand Premier Sonnywood Venusinblujeans.  Very soon somehow our house seemed to fill up slowly with our dear Raggies. Our garden was changed to make it safe for the cats.  Or cat pens are built so that the cats may at any time go into any of their pens freely and safely.

It was back in 2005 when Dawn and Glyn bred their first litter of 2 kittens - a male and a female Sonny and Cher. ' Needless to say we kept them both and we now have Sonny's son and daughter too.  So the story goes on....'
